Miriam is the Founder & President of Vinart Corp Capital Mgmt, a NY based SFO investing in Private & Public Equities within Real Estate, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Commodities, TMT, & Biotech sectors worldwide.

Miriam is an international IB with 15ys track record of Executive Mgmt & Global IB exposure to cross-border multi-billion finance deals.

She was the Head of the Global Structured Finance Group at WestLB A.G. managing a $4B Structured Finance portfolio & led a $2.4B, the largest restructuring up to date in LATAM.

She worked at the Global High Yield Telecom Group at Deutsche Bank, performing valuations over 100 companies around the world & on the largest $4Billion Jumbo Bond for Sprint in May 1999. She taught a bi- annual course on valuation for EuroMoney in London, where CEOs, CFOs, were trained through the latest valuation techniques in Telecoms HY, M&A & LBOs.

She worked at the Corporate Finance Latin America Group at Credit Lyonnais where she solely generated a $360M, the largest Syndicated Loan facility for a Media-Telecom conglomerate in Latin America. Prior she worked at the Inter-American Development Bank.

She was a professor of Macroeconomics, Public Finance & Financial & Political Economy at the Argentine Catholic University & at the Graduate School of Political Science at Universidad Nacional de Cuyo in Argentina. She co-founded “Fundacion Alberdi” a think tank in Argentina dedicated to disseminate free market & the Austrian School of Economic principles amid entrepreneurs.

She is a Summa Cum Laude in Political Science & Public Administration, she won the Argentine Federation of University Women Award in 1993 and a Fellowship from the International Rotary Foundation. She holds an MBA in Finance a Master in Economics. She is a World Bank Graduate Scholar. She speaks Spanish, Portuguese, French & Italian. She is a US National Judge for the CEE Economic Competition, a Board Member & regular speaker in Global Financial & Industry Forums
