Christopher Antonio

Mr. Antonio has been a securities trader for 25 years, beginning on the Pacific Stock Exchange first with Merrill Lynch, and then later for Paine Webber where he served as a Specialist on the trading floor making markets in NYSE issues such as Genentech and Boeing, and eventually managing trading operations.

He subsequently started Dipsea Capital in 1995 and has been managing capital for a select group of clients for 19 years. During his tenure, his clients have never experienced a negative return year. A scientist by training, his primary research interest is the application of behavioral finance models. He believes that price inefficiencies in the markets routinely present themselves based upon the predictable patterns with which humans respond when emotions such as fear and avarice arise.

He has lectured on Psychology and Trading at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, incorporating his primary interest in the study the mindsets that facilitate peak performance and creative discovery. Chris earned a Bachelors Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis.

Personal: Mr. Antonio resides in Marin County, California, with his two sons.
