Rick Frisbie

Rick Frisbie is an executive vice president and the head of Franklin Templeton Solutions.

Mr. Frisbie and the company’s multi asset team are responsible for target date/risk funds, global allocation funds, hedge funds, capital markets expectations, alternative beta, inflation protection strategies and managed volatility services. The group leverages insights from Franklin Templeton\’s multiple investment management groups, and employs

both strategic and tactical asset allocation to create diversified, outcome-oriented portfolios focused on risk-adjusted performance, which are tailored to meet clients’ needs.

Mr. Frisbie also serves as the chairman of the firm\’s 401(k) Investment Committee.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Frisbie was the chief administrative officer for Franklin Resources, Inc., charged with overseeing acquisitions, corporate risk management, strategic planning and corporate communications. Prior to that, he was president of the firm\’s Retirement Division and was also responsible for institutional business development and client service. He joined the firm\’s management training program in 1990.

Mr. Frisbie holds a B.A. in international relations with an emphasis in economics from the University of Virginia, and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He serves on the Board of The San Francisco 49ers Foundation.
