Larry Restieri

Larry is the chief operating officer for the Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) US Third Party Distribution business. He is also the head of alternative sales for Global Third Party Distribution, with responsibility for the sales, marketing and ongoing client support for the alternative investments offered by the firm through third party intermediaries such as banks, trust companies, broker-dealers, insurance companies, and registered investment advisors. Prior to joining Global Third Party Distribution in 2013, Larry was the co-head of the Alternative Capital Markets Group within the Investment Management Division. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2000 and was named managing director in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Larry worked as an attorney at Finn Dixon & Herling LLP, a corporate boutique law firm based in Stamford, Connecticut, and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. Larry graduated from Fordham University School of Law, where he was an editor on the Fordham Law Review, and from Harvard University with an AB, cum laude.
