Kevin’s primary responsibility at Ultimus Fund Solutions is to work with new and existing funds and clients, assisting investment managers with their distribution strategies. He facilitates proper construction of funds regarding appropriate share classes, embedded fees and overall expense ratio to maximize distribution and advisor revenue opportunities. He also consults with clients to identify distribution channels and facilitate introductions to platform and channel partners.Prior to joining Ultimus, Kevin directed a team that created a successful distribution program and also launched a national account program by establishing relationships with strategic distribution partners and implementing successful product positioning strategies. Prior to that, Kevin was part of a team at a privately owned investment manager that established a program focused on key strategic distribution partners.
He is a graduate of Stonehill College and is a licensed General Securities Representative and a Uniform Securities Agent. Kevin joined Ultimus in 2013 and has been in the mutual fund industry since 1998.
