Anthony L. Paccione

Anthony L. Paccione, co-head of the New York Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, concentrates in complex commercial and securities litigation. He has extensive trial experience in multi-week jury and non-jury appeals in both federal and state courts in securities, banking and financial services-related matters.
Anthony represents a broad spectrum of clients, including hedge funds, banks (domestic and foreign), Fortune 500 companies, securities firms, futures commodity merchants, and other major financial institutions. He handles suits involving Ponzi schemes, lender liability claims, securities fraud, international law issues and securities matters. Anthony represents companies, their investors and boards in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), New York Attorney General and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) investigations and related civil lawsuits.
He teaches trial skills courses, lectures and publishes articles on various litigation topics. Anthony is active in arbitration and regularly serves as a mediator for the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
