• Create and update Excel spreadsheets, including formatting charts, for both internal use and external distribution.
• Maintain and update marketing materials on internal database by helping create new marketing material on PowerPoint, Word & Excel, and corresponding with regional deal teams to gather their most recent materials.
• Coordinate and set-up high-level meetings, conference calls, and special events, which includes generating agendas, gathering relevant meeting materials, and liaising with guest relations to reserve rooms, order catering, etc.
• Organize logistics for extensive domestic and international travel, as well as expense reporting.
• Heavy calendar management with respect to travel and meetings, particularly in regards to roadshows.
